Stir Fried Shrimp with Fresh Lemon Juice
Prepare:
2 cups shrimp (peeled, de-veined)
1 onion (sliced) optional
1 group Chinese celery (cut 1 inch)
1 tbsp. minced garlic
7 cloves garlic (sliced)
4 red and green peppers (crushed lightly)
5 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup water
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat the pan and put olive oil. Fry minced garlic until it smells nice.
2. Add onion, and shrimp 2 tbsp. of water. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes. After that, put Chinese celery, peppers and sliced garlic. Turn off the fire.
3. Add fish sauce and fresh lemon juice. Mix it together.
4. Put on the dish and dress with some fresh Chinese celery.
Sorry for the not so good photo. This tastes really good as you probably could guess. I know you have lemon fried shrimp in the west too!
